Enrollment

Any student who attends A3 needs a transfer. Transfer forms are on the Springfield Public Schools website. Please select the correct form, “Within District” or “Out of District”.

Enrollment requests must be submitted to the Springfield Public Schools District Office. A3 cannot accept, nor forward transfer request forms. Please access the SPS District website for more information regarding student transfers and forms. You can return completed form in the following ways:

  • Hand deliver to 640 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477
  • Scan form and send in email to Amy Stephens amy.stephens@springfield.k12.or.us
  • Fax form to 541-726-3316
  • Send via snail mail to 640 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477

Transfer Windows Information

Transfer windows are open to both within and non-resident students.

Phase 2 Accepted: (March 1-June 25).

Phase 3 Space Availability Transfers: Begin accepting August 1. Phase 3 transfers will not be processed until after Fall Registration is complete.

Transportation for Students

A3 is one block away from Downtown Springfield LTD Station, there are no school buses for A3. All A3 students get LTD bus passes.
