A3 January Arts and Discussion Night

Join us on January 12 to take FREE classes during A3's Community Engagement Nights, held during Downtown Springfield Second Friday Art Walk. These classes are free and open to all. Our guest artists on Friday, January 12 will be: 

• 3D Paper Sculpture with Nissie (Drop in, 5-8 pm)
• Fiber Arts with Ruxandra (3 hour class, 5-8 pm)
• The Art of Collage with Scott (Drop in 5-8 pm)

Classes held on Friday, January 12, 2024 at the Academy of Arts and Academics (A3), 615 Main St. Springfield 5:00 to 8:00 pm. 

We also feature a monthly guest speaker to lead discussions about topics relevant to our community. 

Our presenter for January will be TransPonder, a transgender founded and led nonprofit in Eugene, Oregon which provides support, resources, and education for the trans/gender-diverse community.  Discover the who, what, when, where, and why of TransPonder and what this local non-profit has to offer your community.  Explore the amazing opportunities with TransPonder's education team and learn more about the nonprofit organization that is dedicated to supporting the transgender and gender-diverse community and allies. Everyone is welcome to join us for these discussions, beginning at 5 pm. No reservation required for discussions.
